Who We Are
IrisAnalytics.co is a research-led consulting practice dedicated to human capital and organizational effectiveness. We partner with HR leaders, CHROs, and senior business executives to shed light on the questions that matter most about their people.
Our work sits at the intersection of behavioral science and advanced data methods — bringing together the depth of organizational psychology and the power of modern analytics to help leaders feel confident in the paths they choose.
Good measurement opens doors. We help organizations see more clearly, plan more thoughtfully, and move forward with greater assurance.
What We Do
Evaluate the capabilities, cognitive styles, and potential of leaders at every level. We design and deploy rigorous assessments that predict real-world leadership effectiveness — for selection, development, and succession planning.
Go beyond the annual engagement survey. We design multi-source research programs that illuminate what your people truly experience — from onboarding to exit — and identify the organizational levers that matter most.
Align your talent supply to future organizational demand. We build quantitative workforce models that account for attrition, growth scenarios, skill gaps, and market dynamics — enabling proactive rather than reactive talent strategy.
Apply the full power of modern data science to HR and organizational challenges. From predictive attrition models to natural language analysis of open-ended feedback, we build custom analytical solutions tailored to your specific business context.
Our Methods
Every method in our toolkit exists because a leader asked something that mattered. Choose a question to see the method behind it.

Our Work
Scenarios modified to protect client identity.
Growing concerns around trust, safety, and leadership effectiveness were surfacing across a large workforce. Early signals — rising attrition, attendance patterns, and employee relations issues — suggested something deeper was at play. We conducted research to uncover the root causes, launching an organization-wide study addressing psychological safety, leadership opportunity, and team health. From there, we designed targeted measurement frameworks and supported the organization in translating insights into interventions, helping them move toward greater organizational effectiveness and resilience.
There was uncertainty around what was truly driving customer conversions — and whether marketing investments were being allocated in the most effective way. Correlation-based approaches had left too many open questions for confident decision-making. We conducted rigorous causal inference research to isolate the real drivers of conversion, and developed a framework to calibrate their media mix and optimize budget across channels. The findings gave leadership the confidence to make meaningful shifts in strategy, supported by evidence rather than assumption.
Leadership expectations varied widely across teams and functions, making it difficult to develop, assess, or retain leaders consistently. Without a shared framework, high-potential individuals were being measured against different standards, and development efforts lacked coherence. We worked with the organization to surface what effective leadership looked like in their context, then built a scientifically validated competency framework and a Leadership 360 assessment program to bring clarity and consistency. The result was a common language for leadership — embedded into onboarding and development experiences across the enterprise.
An organization was investing heavily in employee surveys but seeing little return — response rates were sliding and results rarely led to action. The usual culprits were all present: overly complex items, a cadence that left employees fatigued, and launches timed at the worst moments. We stepped in to own survey item development and administration end to end, rewriting items for clarity and timing deployment around the rhythms of the workforce. Beyond simple pulse checks, we designed embedded experiments — varying prompts across respondents — to move from describing how employees feel to understanding what actually shifts it.
